I am pleased to present the 2009-2010 edition of our Services Request Guide. As an organization, Monroe #1 Board of Cooperative Educational Services is dedicated to offering your school district high quality, cost effective programs and services.

This guide is provided to help you select those programs and services that will support your district's efforts during the 2009-2010 school year. Our staff is available to you to provide any information or clarification that will assist in your decisions or to discuss any changes or revisions in services that will better address the needs of your district. The entire Monroe #1 BOCES organization welcomes ideas and feedback on how we can provide improved programs and services.
